Default Pics of Convo Pro`s?

Anyone have pics of Convo Pro`s on a `98-`02 Z-28? I`d really like to see some from the rear of the car. Trevor D`s site has some nice shots but none directly in the back. Thanks in advance.

See my site - not very good pictures - plus I just upgraded the rear-end to a Moser 12-bolt, narrowed it by 1 1/4" each side - now the tires fit perfect

Hey Do your 15x3.5 fronts require any grinding? I have KVR rotors and the 15x3.5 welds didn't fit with the 5/16th backspacing. Bogarts are more expensive so I am hoping these will work. Thanks, Car Looks Good.

The price of the Bogarts is why I want to see pics of cars with Convo Pro`s . From what I gather, no grinding or spacers are needed to fit the Convo`s on 4th gen F-bodies with STOCK brakes. I have not heard about issues with after market brake equipment. Judging by Trevor D`s site pics, the 15x7.5 rears with 5" BS don`t seem to stick out too far and he seems to be hooking plenty good with his set up. So I`m looking to go that route. I just can`t afford the Bogarts!

What is the URL for Trevor D's site?? Would really like to see those pics. Don't want to grind too much if any.

No grinding on either front or back with the Convo-pros. Convo-pros' advantage is price . Pictures on site are 15x10. I have been to lazy to do any pictures with the new set-up.

Will the 15"x10" still fit w/o the narrowing the rear end? I already got a 9" that I did not have narrowed.

Excellent pics 02 SOM SS!

How do you like the Hoosiers? I was thinking about those instead of ET Streets. I like the 9.5 instead of the 10.5 on a 7.5 rim. I am looking at the Quick Time Pro Drag DOT tires.

I've got several pics on my web page with the Convo Pro's, but my 12 bolt is narrowed 1/2" on each side as well.

Thanks for the compliments all. I love the Hoosiers. I was bracket racing today, and ave. 1.61 60' time and went as fast as 1.60 in 1200+ DA today in Tulsa.

They are 26 X 9's. I have been 1.58 on them at SLP Day in Ennis.

Angie.....you're stuff is nasty fast. Nice pics!

Most people I have talked to say they like the Hoosier QTP`s. The only down side I can see with them is the limited size selection. But hey, look at 02 SOM SS`s 60` times on a 26x9.5, can`t argue with those! Thanks again for the replys. I`m probably going to go with a set of Convo`s later this summer. Probably the 7.5`s. For the "money to ET ratio", they seem like the way to go. I`m going to run a set of 26x11.50-16 ET Streets on the stock 16x8 rims this Spring and see what I can do with them. I might buy the 15x4 Convo fronts first and run them at the track with the 16" ET Streets with the short belt mod kick`n.

I found some photos of my setup. 15x4 up front and 15x8.5's in the back. I'm probably going to have my 12 bolt narrowed by 1.5" later so I can go to a larger tire when I need to. That should take care of the backspacing there. And then I'll custom order some new rims with better backspacing for the street as well.

The 8.5 wide w/5" backspace is about the widest Convo Pro you can put on a un-narrowed rear without the wheels sticking out stupidly beyond the fenderwells....WJ. (my opinion, only.)
