3.73 or 4.10 for a4?
well...i've pretty much convinced myself my car is turning into another track only car. im planning on putting in a tp 4400 convertor, 12 bolt, cage, etc in the summer. Will the 4.10's be ok rpm wise throught the 1/4? the motor is internally stock right now. Thanks!

It's a 26" et street. The car is rarely driven on the street and ide like the gear that would benefit me best at the track. A few weeks ago i think on this board they were talking about going to a 4.10 gear with an a4 but i cant find the thread now.

I'm no expert, hopefully one will chime in here, but I think 4.10 are a little to much gear for an A4 and it all depends on size of tire and all that bull. Try to do a search for this I'm sure someone's had the same question as you
hope this helps

Here is the thread where I asked.... I am going to do 4.10's since it will only give me 500 more rpms

Go 4:10's. Was great last year 4 me with a radial drag slick. I'm think of going to a 4:56 because of the new taller slicks recently purchased. Hopefully will get a better 60 foot.
