I have an Accufab 105mm on order for my sheetmetal Intake, both the intake and the TB should be here in the next couple of weeks. The biggest you can use with a Ls1 Computer is 90mm. Because the 105mm is a Ford. But if you run an Aftermarket computer (I am running Big 3) you can use a ford or a gm throttlebody. The Good thing about using a Ford TB is that a 105mm only costs $300.00.
Here is a Picture of what my intake and Throttle Body Look Like.

So you couldnt actually bolt up the 105mm say to the 90mm intake and work? Like the readings would screw up the PCM?

Correct, for one the bolt holes wouldnt line up, and also the sensors are different from ford tb's to gm tb's.

How do you like your TPIS? Would that be able to bolt up to the 4bolt flange on the LS2? i would imagine so if the fast TB will...

Brian:

$499 from TPIS. Do you know sponsors carry them besides buying direct from TPIS?

I think Texas-speed and MTI had them when I was looking. I didn't want to "give" them my core so I sent my TB to TPIS and they did the electronics swap and sent my TB and the new one back in 1 day.

I like it...only quirk I have is that it doesn't always want to return to a fully closed position...not sure why...but a slight tap of the throttle fixes it. Only happens about 4-5% of the time...

makes on heck of an air rushing sound when cold which I think is kinda cool...

Being as it's just a butterfly valve with a pulley on
one end of the shaft and a 90-degree pot on the
other, seems like you could go as big as you like
with a little cobbling. Just got to get the throttle
cam and TPS mated up to this little piggy here,
and a front & back snout...
