Appearance & Detailing - Help identifying front gfx!

Has anyone ever seen this front gfx piece before? looks like the guy just fabricated the center portion on to the factory gm pieces.

I have seen that car at some Michigan shows and I was looking for the owner I think It is a one of! B/C you should see the motor! WOW :eek2: :eek2: :hump:
