YES. i have the red v6 1997 camaro.. it's not a Z. it's an RS <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

i'm currently running 3.42's and i was spinning to a 1.70 60ft.. i was running my BGF's drag radial, i'm going to et streets really soon. i had a great time and my car is really doing good.. traction is a big issue now.. i felt soo good when i overheard 2 ls1 owners taking about a 12 second v6 and how impressed they where.. one guy asked me to pop the hood just to make sure there wasn't an lt1 under there... i ran against a white transam and blew his doors off and man i felt good.. no offense. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

wow you got the video.. i have never seen my car on video before... i'm living in the stone age.. anyway you can put in on the net for me.. i would love to show my v6 buddies over at camarov6.com.. that would be really cool..

well after 2 yrs of hard work on the camaro and massive military deployments overseas, i finally hit my goal of 12's.. i went the GAFBA shootout at silverdollar raceway and ran 2 13.0xxx passes@104 mph..

so i decided to spray out of the hole and i hit a 12.923@103mph..

1.702...60ft.
8.1.....1/8
mph.....82mph
12.923@103..

i'm soo happpy, with better traction i feel a 12.5 is there, i'm also getting severe KR around 6100 rpm.. this was done on nx 100 shot..

the v8 guys there were really impressed and all my money spent over there yrs paided off with a purpose.. now on my quest to 11's...

You might want to contact 12SECV6, he's on here and the "other" LS1 board. He's getting close to the 11's in his V6 Firebird. He also had High Performance Pontiac magazine do an article on him in Jan.
James is a good guy and might be able to help you achive your goals.

Just outta curiousity, what's with the turbo "6" emblem avatar? Are you a fellow TR owner as well? Or justing using it since you run the v6?
