Default Shifter ****

I know it's easy to replace the "T" shifter handle on my 2000 A4 TA. But this there an option that looks more like 6 speen ****. It's the button that you have to press that conserns me.

I think other companies sell similar items but here's one example:

http://www.mbaproducts.com/ (look under the interior section, need the bottom of the page). You push down to shift.

I agree with Kristen, that's a great shifter.

I have one as well. There was one slight problem I had though: the adapter was really tight on the 'pole', so I had to take the dremel to it, in order to sand it down a bit. After that, she worked like a charm
