Default The infamous P0101 after BIG cam, anyone been here before?

OK,

After some heavy seraching i havent found a clear answer to my questions.

I just installed a 237/242 cam and it works beautiful at WOT. However naturally the driveabilty has suffered cuz its such a big stick. Now when cruising around namely when maintaing a steady speed over 45 mph it will start to chug and will feel like the engine shuts off breifly for a split sec and comes back to life only with the SES light glaring in your face. Its the infamous PO101 code for poor maf performance. Iive read so far that its running like this because this cam put such a huge dent in the VE table and basically the MAF and the MAP sensors readings are not jiving with what they are meant to be seeing. So then it slips into speed density, runs pig rich and starts breaking up every once and a while under light throttle.

So my questions are where do i begin to tune this thing on the VE table or where ever?? or what do i need to log to figure out where to start?

I tried a known good maf, TPS sensor (thought it had a dead spot in it), cleaned the cross hairs in both my stock, screened, unmodifed maf and the stock one out of a stock 02 Z28 as well not change... LTFT's are staying anywhere from -3 to -5 in most cases.

Well these adjustments seems to have worked so far, got about 50 miles on it since and no more chugging, SES light, and hesitation at this point. The car really livend up down low too where it was a little flat under 2500. The LTFT's did ramp up to +14 at idle after this drive cycle, so i tuned them down got -2 out of it at idle now and man does this thing rip with this big cam!!! thanks again!!
