a/c and heater controls

a/c and heater controls im going to be putting my guages where the deck is, and putting my aftermarket deck where the a/c and heater controls are. i want to put my a/c and heater controls in the glove box and i wanted to know if the wires would reach into there and if not is there an extention i can buy or would i have to cut and sauder new longer wires to reach.
