Default New valve sprins w/ stock motor?

Im looking at replacing my valve springs.. I got about 90,000 miles on my stock valve springs. below is a list of what I got so far. Would I have any probs w/ everthing else being stock. I was thinking about going w/ the patriot gold duals w/ titanium retainers.. Unless their is something out their better. awile back I dynoed at 306.02 hp. I have been told that if my valve springs wouldnt have had so many miles I would have dynoed higher. With new after market valve springs about what would it dyno at?

The only way it would change your dyno would be if you were getting valve float before. If you're going to change springs, why not just put in a cam? If you don't plan on getting a very big cam or sticking with the stock cam, patriot golds are overkill.

if you are just gonna do springs and nothing more you do NOT need anything near a dual springs. 918's at max but even then IMO they are overkill. Unless you plan on changing cams in the near future.
