no...
as there are too many variables to consider (cam, heads, stock engine, flow, fuel, gas, FI, effeciency range, etc...etc...)
of course i could be wrong...but maybe one of the smart people here will verify what i said

I think the best answer might come from the Dyno section,
looking for same-car, varying-mixture results. But last time
I asked I don't think there was any data. Also you would
want to have your spark adjusted for the mixture at hand,
it's not a single-variable problem even when you limit it
to tune settings.
