Where you the guy I saw at the shootout early this month in San Antonio? What was your race weight with those 4 passes? I can't wait to start running again on at my home track. Great times BTW

Good Job! I just joined the 11 club myself last night. Ran 11.85 with a 1.62. Got a 3800 TCS with 2.5 STR and 3.23. Just bolt ons. I'm looking into a set of skinnies and maybe 3.73. I see a lot of bolt on guys go near-mid 11s with that PT4400. Congrats! What's your race weight BTW? Mine is a big fat 3650.

Congrats on the sick time!
What I don't understand is how you and others run a 4400 stall with stock internals? Isn't the shift extension almost 6K?

Guys, I honestly have never weighed my car. Not many scales around here that aren't out of the way. Raceweight has to be somewhere between 3325 and 3400. My car's shipping weight was 3360 when I bought it (it's a stripper), I have removed approximately 200 to 250 pounds but I weigh 230 myself so I figure the raceweight has to be somewhere around 3360. When I weigh it I will post it.
As for the weather, here's the conditions at the time of my pass:
62*, 29.98 Bar, 42.08 Dew, 45% Hum.
I lost my link to a website that calculates DA, but if you go here http://prestage.com/carmath/calc_etc...o_standard.asp and enter the numbers, the corrected time comes out to be 11.76 @ 114.41 mph. Basically no change, so I guess conditions were "ideal." I assume then, the DA was close to zero.
Good temperature but storms were aproaching so the barometer was falling. No doubt the air helped. I just wish I had some 4.10s last night.
Shift extension is about 5500 or 5600 rpms. I have my car set to shift at 6200 but it actually shifts around 6350. It seemed to work well for me last night, though.

11.762 @ 114.53 w/ Bolt-Ons Only and 3.23 gears!
My car must finally be breaking in.
Got four runs last night.
Run1: 11.800 @ 114.19 w/ 1.61 short.
Run2: 11.771 @ 114.39 w/ 1.59 short.
Run4: 11.806 @ 114.36 w/ 1.60 short.
and my best run...
Run3:
60'....1.603
330....4.788
1/8....7.470
MPH....91.27
1000...9.795
1/4...11.762
MPH...114.53
Run 4 got pretty squirly on me. I lunged way to the right coming out of the hole.
Not to bad for a bolt on car with 3.23 gears. If only I had already installed my 4.10s, BMR A-Arms and K-Member, I may have gone 11.5's with a decent hook.
