Default FAST 90mm TB- 0 for 2

First one had stripped IAC motor screw threads. I recieved the new one today, and the bolts can only go in half way. I refuse to tap holes on a brand new $500 part. I'm sending it back and going TPIS.

Wow. I think you can use the "ive been ripped" icon now. Thanks for letting us know. I always thought these were built well.

Get you a cut off wheel and cut off the threadless part of the bolt and it will be fine. I had to modify my bolts to since they where to long, but really no big deal

Yup, it was stated before that the bolts had to be trimmed down to fit. 2 min. with a cut off wheel and you'll be fine. You'll spend more time than that trying to find a breather for the vent tube that dosen't come on the TPIS.

Right, no big deal. But, let's say I didn't have a dremel. What kind of QC is this?

I'll be blocking off the tube. I'm running breathers.

I had to do the same on my buddies car. I need to send his in for the throttle shaft fix. I would do that myself but its a $500 ****** peice of equipment. They can do it. I think thats why it came in a carrying case. So you can ship it back to them without fear of it getting damadged lol.
