FAST 90mm TB- 0 for 2
First one had stripped IAC motor screw threads. I recieved the new one today, and the bolts can only go in half way. I refuse to tap holes on a brand new $500 part. I'm sending it back and going TPIS.

Wow. I think you can use the "ive been ripped" icon now. Thanks for letting us know. I always thought these were built well.

Get you a cut off wheel and cut off the threadless part of the bolt and it will be fine. I had to modify my bolts to since they where to long, but really no big deal

I had to do the same on my buddies car. I need to send his in for the throttle shaft fix. I would do that myself but its a $500 ****** peice of equipment. They can do it. I think thats why it came in a carrying case. So you can ship it back to them without fear of it getting damadged lol.

Install instructions: place call tag on box and drive to Mail Boxes etc.
