Also, how does the fan option work on this? What are your choices of temp when the fans cut on and off?

One more thing; what temperature does the fan cut on in it's stock setting?

stock fan settings turn on at 226 for the low speed

Yes, your original tune is stored and you can put it back.
However, that will not let you transfer it to another
vehicle. That will cost you a fee.

Fan temps are slider-select at somewhat less than 1F
increments.

A lot of these questions are covered by the Predator
user guide which, last I looked, was downloadable.
