Default O2 sims?

I just put in my LT's from KOOKS, and the install went REALLY well... I had ordered the O2 exts' and I have the front 02's plugged in the LT's, but I dont have any 02 SIMs for the time being...

I have a new cam I just put in as well, and I NEED a dyno tune anyway...

so my question is Do I need the 02 SIMs ($50-$90)

OR

Can I just have the guy tuning my car delete the code or whatever, and just be done with it?

Other than running rich, will it be hard on the engine while making the drive to the tuner shop, aprox. 80miles

How rich will this make it? I don't have any either and was planning on racing tomorrow.
