Default Tensioner pulley torques specs

I have searched but couldnt find anything quick....I need the torque specs for the two bolts holding the tensioner to the block and the bolt that holds that pulley to the tensioner. I think the pulley bolt is 37 ft-lbs but not sure. I bought the Ktech solid tensioner and it didnt come with a paper for the torque specs....thanks alot

I also have the katech, much nicer than the stocker.
Use a 15mm socket, torque to 37 ft lbs.
