This week I expect to end the <soft tuning> for my c5 corvette-LS1/99 , which kind of HP increase could I expect over stockDyno planned soon)

A good tune can normally squeeze 10-15 hp out of a set-up. Your mods are not huge, or there would be more. What you've done to your car is going to make it a pleasure to drive though. Better (faster, sounds better, and stops better) than stock, but keeping your stock reilability, gas miliage, and hassles. Good job!!
