my buddy is trying to use hypertech and is runnning in to problems. He has pretty much just a stock auto. what should he do to it?

1. What problems? You can't expect help without giving some info on what is wrong
2. Hyptertechs power tune is crap 99.999% of the time. if it causes problems or slows down his times.. have him unload it. use Hypertech only for, Gear changes, Shiftpoint/shiftfirmness changing, Tire size changes, fan temp changes.
