Default Dyno in 3rd Gear?

There is a shop by my house that is doing 3 dyno pulls w/AFR for $35

Question is, since I have a top speed limiter set at around 115mph how much of a difference horsepower-wise would it be if I dyno'd my car in 3rd gear instead of 4th gear?

TIA

My friends 01 Z06 with cat-back only picked up 25 RW trying 3rd then going to 4th. 3rd he got around 325.? then did a 4th gear and got 351.7 hope that helps.

On load bearing chassis dynos, such as Mustang, SuperFlo, DynaPac etc, there is not much difference between 3rd or 4th. On enertia dynos, such as DynoJet there is quite a difference and varys from car to car, same with changing rear end ratios or tire diameters.

I posted my numbers on this thread.

Seem a bit low to me. Dyno was done on a dynojet.

You getting it tuned at the same time? If so, just have them turn the to speed limiter off. Be done with it.
