Can anyone estimate my Horsepower?
I am looking for about 350rwhp or more before I get in to the motor. With a Lid, QTP LT's and ORY with cutouts, LS6 valve springs, will I be in the range. Has anyone put LS6 springs on a stock LS1. I am want it to pull to 6600 rpm if I can. I know the ECU needs a the rev limiter raised, but what do you ppl think about this quick set up.

Hard to say. Some cars make 350+RWHP with setups that are very similar and others just don't. I say you should be making at least 335RWHP..or at least after a tune. I see you want to go with the SLP heads and cam package. In my opinion ( and I'm sure some others share the same opinion), you can get a better heads and cam package elsewhere for the same price or cheaper. I'm not bashing SLP but they are far from being the leaders in the LS1 scene in these times. Not to mention, their numbers are flywheels numbers and not rear wheel numbers.

Ok, I did not know that SLP numbers were flywheel. What about the AFR Mongoose heads? I have a flow bench availible for free, how much CFM is possible out of stock heads.
I really want to be able to rev higher, do stock LS1 with LS6 valve springs make more power past 6000 or just drop. I am on a budget, or I would build the entire motor now. lol

the stock ls1 cam starts losing power around 5600 or so no mater what springs you use.stock heads flow around 230 but can be ported to over 300 cfm on intake side.with your planned mods and underdrive pulley and ls6 intake you should be a little over 350 rwhp.
