EZSS's Dyno Numbers
We did our initial runs with Eriks car. You all probably know Eriks JPR saga so I won't go there.
Details on the motor:
ARE 393 CID Rotating Assembly
4.100" Bore, Offset Ground Stock Crank
Eagle Rods, Ross Flat Top Pistons with -2CC reliefs
Rapid LS6 Dominator Top End Package
Rapid Dominator 240/240/111 0.615/0.615 Cam
Kook LT Headers / ORYP
Cutout
RAM VDS 910 Steel Clutch (slipping badly)
Moser 12 bolt, 4.11 (howling made my ears bleed)
Rapid closed loop tuning
Sunoco 94 pump gas
Stock Water Pump
All Belts in Place
I had a problem with the clutch slipping around peak torque and again at peak horsepower that screwed up the numbers a little.
Uncorrected hp number was 516 rwhp.

I am thrilled to have broken 500rwhp, I am more than eager to get my car back too.
Thanks Mikey for great customer service and all the work done on the car. I guess it will feel more real when I see the car this sunday.
Im not so thrilled about the clutch, looks like ill go with a spec stage 3 or 4 at this point, Im through with this RAM which has never worked right from the start, no matter how many times the damn thing is adjusted, how many shims are stuck in it, how many times it is rebuilt, flywheel resurfaced-- it basically hanst worked out, although it does seem to grip hard out of the hole. That kinda knocked the wind out of my sails a little to hear that yet another thing on the car needs to be replaced.
Other than that Im very happy right now. Previous 388 motor made 478hp/454tq, but always had problems.
A couple of corrections to Mikey's post:
cam is 246/246 I believe
headers are QTP 1 3/4"
crank adjusted stroke is 3.72"

Congratulations, Erik! It's a long time coming and I'm sure you can't wait to get your car back. Have fun with it!!
Great job by Mikey as usual. How's the driveability with that cam? How much compression are you running?
FWIW, you might want to check out the Exedy clutches- they are supposedly the best clutch out there right now (but pricey).

well I ordered a spec 3 for overnight delivery because Mikey offered me a deal too good to pass up for installing it, so now I will have excuses for not getting good times once the car is broken in!
The driveline setup on the car is moser 12 bolt w/4.11 gears (that are stuck in really tight hence the wailing noise mikey was complaining about), denny's HD aluminum driveshaft, the slipping ram clutch soon to be replaced with the spec 3, sintered iron flywheel.
CR is ~11.9:1 according to Mikey, but the tune is 12.5:1 AF so it can run on pump gas.

Mikey just informed me that the cam is in fact a 240/240.
Im pretty excited about driving it, and now with a new clutch and a new trans, If it dont go fast now we really do know its me that cant drive.

are you selling some 1 7/8 headers? Anyhow I am happy with the power on paper right now, and Im not sure ill make more power with 1 7/8 or not, although it would seem logical, ive read mixed results.

I wish you good luck with the new setup. with that kinda power...10s should be no sweat
Sucks you are having issues with the RAM clutch. My "bastard" ram clutch (ram pp and 910 disk with a Hayes SFI flywheel) hasn't missed a beat in almost 2 years
