Default LS1 Which is best U/D crank pulley?

I am shopping for an under-drive pulley for my LS1. Who makes the best version? I am looking at the Fluidampr and ASP but maybe there are other good ones to consider? I can't find much feedback on the Fluidampr but it looks like a super nice part!

Can I really expect 10rwhp from a pulley on a 400rwhp H/C car?

Most popular is ASP. You can probably expect a tenth and one mph.

Is ASP the only good option out there?

ASP here, i think ASP is a proven pulley and thats why people stick with it. havent heard much issues with the march pulleys that came out a while back. slp has a "new" designed one thats supposedly fixed some of the problems the first batches had years ago.
