Default Bonneville SSEi problems

My friend has a 95 bonneville SSEi; this is the series 1 supercharged 3.8. He has cold air intake, MDS DIS-4 ignition, MSD coils, taylor wires, 160 t-stat, supercharger pulley (2.5 down from 2.8 stock), exhaust work (magnaflow cats and rhino muffler), and an audio system.

The problem occurs during acceleration. The car hesitates constantly if you use anything more than half throttle. This is very annoying.

He has taken this to many shops, and we have tried many things. There has been a new O2 sensor, new stock throttle body, spark plugs (NGK TR6) have a gap of .060 (stock gap was .030) per MSD and NGK, all injectors ohm out at 15 ohms, the problem persists even with the DIS-4 box removed from the system, the fuel pump tested okay for pressure, and new catalytic converters.

We are about to get a fuel rail fuel injector cleaner. We also just ordered an air/fuel controller. We are running out of ideas. Please Help.
