How do I mark all posts as read?

How do I....??? After clicking on the "New posts" option and reading the post I want, how do I mark all other posts as read so the next time I click on the "New posts" option only the really recent ones will appear? 
I can't find an option like "Mark all posts as read and return to index" sort of thing...

I'm a member at www.TheFormulaSource.com and they have this feature there... It's a SWEEEET feature....

Alright.....here is how
Go to the "Quick links button"......click on it
Under "quick links" there is the title "mark Forums Read".........Click on it
Bada Bing Bada Boom!
!!
Now go to the "New Posts"..........nothing is found!!!!!
