how much $$$ is stock 5.3 heads worth?

I have access to a pair of 5.3 heads and was wondering how much money they are worth. If they're worth enough I might make a deal with the guy I work with and sell them.

cool I was figuring atleast 200. I might have to try to sell them then. I also have access to valve covers, intake manifold and some other odds and ends off that motor. might have to make me some mod money.
