Will a T-REX clear in a 6.0???
I am asking this b/c I have one brand new complete 6.0 that I want to throw in my Z28. I was also wondering if I flycut the pistons and mill the heads 50 thousands could this possibly work??? I am asking this because the compression of the 6.0 is low. This is also using the stock valves of course with a very good valve job.

Yes, the base circle is the same, it will slide right in.
You need to check your PTV clearance to make sure you have plenty, I don't even think you have to mill the heads down, my car has TREX on a 6.0 408 stroker with stockish heads, I have pretty big valve releifs in my pistons, and HPE did the PTV clearancing on my setup for me.
Make sure you get good springs

P/V clearance is what I'm trying to verify, but I am running stock pistons and want more compression for better performance. I just wondered if it'd clear on stock heights w/o flycutting, and if I wanted to mill the heads would it be sufficient if I flycutt the pistons?? I want compression to be around 11:1.

The cam will work just fine with stock, unmilled 6.0l heads. You will need to flycut if you plan on getting the heads milled, or at a VERY minimum check PtV after the milling/valvejob see where you stand. The valvejob may sink the valve further into the head (depending on the shop that performs this), thus giving you more clearance.

I have the LQ9. All should pan out. Hopefully she'll scream.
