Drag Racing Tech - Anyone running a Strange PRG230 12 bolt??

I`m probably going to order one tomorrow and wanted to check and see if anyone had any quick opinions on the PRG230 12 bolt. (Strange`s full drag assembly w/spool, 33 spline, Pro Race axles) I`m thinking of going with the optional aluminum spool, 1350 CroMo yoke and the ultra light flanged axles. I`m also having it shortened 1 1/4" on ea. side to help tuck these 6.5" BS Centerline Warriors in a bit. Anyone have any input before I go spend $2000? :confused: Moderators, I`m posting here instead of the gear and axle section because full boogy drag guys that would run a spool tend to hang in this section. :)

Mine should be going in the first week of November. I got the alum support cover, U1601 chrome-moly yoke, and 4.10 gears. I also got some slicks to go along with it. I can't wait. I just hope I don't destroy the stock driveshaft the first time out. Oh, and I'm not an all out racer. This is my only vehicle/daily driver. Good luck with yours. It will take a month to get once you order.

Yea, they said 4 to 5 weeks. I ordered mine last Thursday. I got the Alum. spool, Alum. support cover, U1601 yoke, ultra light axle flanges and 3.73`s and had it narrowed 1" on each side (the max they would do). I`m looking into a DS but have not decided what to go with yet. I`m looking forward to being able to leave off the converter and not be worried about the 10 bolt going south.
