Default would the gm dealership replace my oil pan gasket under warranty?

today i changed my oil and i notice the the oil pan gasket in front by the crank, the left and right corner of the gasket is dark and hard, like burnt, i looked at it and i touched and it crumbled, isn;t this like a defect in the oil pan gasket? it shouldn't be like that, i was wondering something like this would be covered under warranty? its not leaking but i think later on in the future it will leak and my warranty ends this month, do you think the dealership will replace it or will they will give me a hard time cause its not leaking?

Default

they probably wont replace it, if it doesn't leak
i doubt it will leak myself, the gasket is pretty wide and part metal/rubber
