cobra and qc srt10 driving home from milford, i was cruising at 70-75mph on 696 when a cobra(a mid-late 90s i believe) and a quad cab srt-10 w/manufacturer plates went flying by......i don't race often, but i was tired and needed to wake up, so i figured what the hell.....i hit the gas and kinda slipped by the ram and mantained speed, to see if he wanted any......he pulled up along side me and we went from about 75......i hit the gas till 110 and i'm pretty sure he gave up around 95
.....but thats what should happen......
in the process of that run, i went by the cobra....when i slowed down i could see him speed up towards me...he flew up to me and i looked over to him, but the tinted windows made any gesturing impossible, so i just hit the gas.....he did too, but it didn't really matter...i went up to about 120 and had a pretty good gap on him and then i slowed down to wait for him, but he ended up getting off onto I-75....i'm guessing he was modded, at least he had a huge hood scoop, but i can't hear anything from my car.....i had my brother-in- law with me, and he had been sleeping until i hit the gas to race the ram....he said "i guess the srt10 didn't want to race"
to which i replied "well, he tried to, it just didn't work out so well for him"

I don't think they are getting rid of the SRT-10, they are just offering the quad cab version of it now. The reg cam will still be a 6 speed while the quad will only be in autos.

yeah, you can actually build one on the dodge web site....they'll be rated for towing and whatnot.......i've seen a few on the road here in detroit....
