I have a 2002 Sierra with a 5.3L engine, shorty headers, cat-back exhaust, true-flow intake, 3:42 rear end with auto trans. The truck is a daily driver, mosly on rural roads and Interstate Hwy. Looking at a Crane 1449571 cam with spec's @0.050" 210 Int., 218 Exh., 112 Lobe Sep., .531 Lift. I pull a camper occasionally and want more go when I push down on the loud pedal. What do you think? Thanks
