Default what Cam lift to stay away from...

im looking to do a H/C install pretty soon...i've been trying to figure out the highest lift i can have without changing the springs out every 20,000 miles...

With head and cam and all my bolt ons id like to be siting on about 440 horses...? Does that sound legit?

It is a lot more than just lift. The profile of the cam, the RPM you are going to push, how long you stay in high RPM's, etc. No matter the setup, I would still check a few springs in a few years or 15K to 20K miles.

and i dont see you hitting 440rwhp with your mods unless you go with a MS3/Trex size cam, even then i doubt it. regardless, properely tuned and setup it should haul ***
