Default How about this exhaust setup for a blower

How good would this setup be, sound and power for a blower.

Kooks 1 7/8 race headers
Dynomax bullit mufflers off of the header collectors one on each side
Kooks off road y-pipe with the reducer cut off for a true 3 in pipe
Magnaflow catback exhaust with the reducer cut off for a true 3 in pipe

I would just run cats but I want to use Harlan's two step and I have already taken off the air pump.

Think this will sound ok, no rasp

pretty much any time you run a catback w/o cats, and long tubes, it can sound shitty. the exception being GMMG or a custom sweet thunder chambered exhaust. only cuz they're the same mufflers used on true dual exhausts. i say just run true duals if you're not gonna run cats. why mess around with a y-pipe and catback?

I have thought about a true dual exhaust but I have a Trans Am and with no exhaust tips it looks kinda funny. I don't see that many people with an over the axle setup. To make things worse I will be using a spohn tunnel mount torque arm.

Your setup should sound pretty good. The bullets right off of the header should definitely help to kill any rasp that would have been there without them.

IMO is should sound pretty damn good.

If a cop tries to get you, I bet you can pass the bullets off for cats. Not too bad of an idea.
