i think it will depend on other mods, but somewhere between 6-12 hp i believe with the 90mm manifold and tb.

I would stick with your LS6 intake. I bought the LSX and now I regret it being that there is some major quality issues with the LSX intakes. I don't think they are worth the money.

Depends on your motor/other mods...if you're still a 346 with stock internals I certainly wouldn't put a 90mm/90mm TB on there (maybe not even the 78mm set up) but if you have a stroker, 346 with bigger cam and/or cam and heads then yes you could see some nice gains with a good tune.

Then you might just see some notable gains from a FAST 90mm intake and 90mm TB but it might not be a gain that justifies the over $1300.00 expense, or even the roughly $900.00 expense after you sell your old intake and TB.
I would maybe wait and see what happens with the new GM LS2 intake and if/how it can be adapted and how it performs.

Really, what kind of quality issues are you having? I have had 0 with mine as well as my freinds.

i've heard bad things off stock engines, but you really shouldnt have to replace the manifold or throttlebody with stock engine, plus you cant expect great gains from stock engine, but if you have heads and cam, or stroker or anything major, then i've definately heard of 30+ gains from going to lsx.

If you've got the cash then do it, you will see a gain with your setup. Maybe not so much with the intake but the 90MM throttle body will liven things up

I've had no quality issue's with mine in fact I think the quality is good and I also got a 27 rwhp gain over my old LS6 intake and ported T/B and thats with a small B1 cam and Absolute Speed stage 2 heads.

I definately noticed a gain on my car by going to the LSX from my LS1. My car had all the boltons (except TB). And the car isn't even tuned yet (definately needs it) Unfortunately I never had a base dyno or track time before, but I will be heading to the track sometime soon.

Yeah, seems like this intake really performs. But as said above, it might be worth it to wait to see what the norm is w/ the LS2 intake.

If I recall properly there were only 2 tests, Futral (spelling?) which had good results and TPIS, who did not. I'm going to wait.
