Default Cam Comparison

Has anyone done a test NA between the TR 224/224 114 and the TR 224/227 114? they're so close i was wondering how much of a power difference there would be if any? cause i'm looking into getting a cam to last a while, even through supercharging and/or heads.

Get the 224, if you are going to sc then you need a cam with more exhaust duration.Thunder can answer your cam questions.

Thats a reverse split though the 227/224, he was interested in a 224/224 vs a 224/227 but it would probably be almost the same figures.

Ring thunder I'm sure they have done extensive testing on all there cams and will set you straight.

But going off that graph I would just go the 224/224 on 114, there seems to be a bees dick difference in all 3 graphs, idle might hurst with the 230 111LSA though

lol...so basically theres probly not gunna be much....i figured so, many people on other posts have said that the TR supercharger cam 224/227 114 is not a large enough difference in separation.
