It's $600 cheaper than the LSX and has a 90mm opening. You have to do a little work (fuel rails, extend MAP sensor) to make it work... But that $600 could be the cost of a nitrous kit.

Mine should be here by Friday.

SCPC is selling all the parts you will need for around $820. That includes a Fast 90mm TB. You will have to Fab up a brackett for the throttle cable.

I hacked up my old ls1 intake and epoxied it to the intake.
I just need the TB now. I am waiting on funds for that.

The $820 includes the LS2 fuel rails, which price out at about $129 or so. I opted not to go with the fuel rails, since I'll probably upgrade to some billet units anyway. I'm just going to hack my LS1 rails to "get me by" until I'm ready to upgrade the fuel lines & rails.

I have 2 ls1/6 rails if any of you are interrested.
FWIW the ls2 rails are larger and they do hook up to the factory fuel line.

for 400 bucks and just a little bit of imagination you can have this set up for the same price u can get an ls6 set up. just have the same tb. i have a real good idea on what to do so if someone has an ls2 they can give me some dimensions on i can fab up a trottle body adaptor with a bracket built in. or if anyone wants to let me borrow one so i can do this in the machine shop. this would be a great project for my design class next semester at unc charlotte lol

ok i need pics of the throttle body region, the length from the front bolts that hold the manifold down to the opening in the manifold where the TB goes, dimensions of the flat spot where the TB bolts up to. are the bottom holes the same as the ls1 tb? hmmm thats all i can think of right now if i think of anythign else ill let you know what im lookin for. ive got the bracket all figured out, it will look factory, when i get it made ill post some pics, as for the adaptor i drew something up but ill have to check all measurements first.

Yes you will need to get rid of the X coolant pipe and get the ls6 style coolant tube for the front and plug the rears.

Yes, I spent about an hour or so cleaning them up with a dremel tool.
