Default 69 LS1 update time.. Its Baaaaaaaaaack!

Although my wife feels like she is widow now -- I feel MUCH better though.. I was really depressed at the huge set-back I had with the car.. and shelling out thousands of dollars for months to get it right was just killing my love of the hobby.. Now im feeling "into it" again.. I cant believe its been 15 months since I took the car apart..

Brought the car home from Hot Rods & Custom Stuff yesterday.. I was going to go back to work afterwards but I couldn't tear myself away..

So here he his.. Project Z069 version 2.2

How is the stance?

Ive already installed the DS&E wiper motor

This weekend it will be bumpers, door handles and that sort of stuff.. I also need to work on the electrical. Next week its muffler time then a little interior work before it heads off to ATS in vegas for the paddle shifting system..

If you go here you can see a video of the car being drivin to the tow truck for transport (and a couple other pics)

Im a happy camper again!

Oh, here you can see the modifications list..

SWEEEEET!!! The way the blue accents on the engine really breaks it from the norm, not that the LSX doesn't ,but please tell me that the "wavy" or "rippled" reflections I am seeing(quarter & door)are from the camera playing tricks, hope it is,and lastly stance looks great!!

Its from the camera (except by where the door handles will mount)..

The color looks different depending what camera i use.. my 1.3 camera makes it a medium blue while the 5.0mp camera makes it brighter than it really is..

See how bright it is here:

Sounds great with the open headers!

There we go!! That last picture does make difference!I was hoping and praying that they were tricks, cause I would hate to be the bearer(sp?) of bad news if you were not to see them when you picked it up!

Actually what you are seeing is a reflection of the bed of the flatbed.
