Default Not the rocker, now what?

I have a 99' camaro SS with a m6 and about 70,000 miles. Found a needle bearing after the oil change. Thought it was probably from a rocker. I took off the valve covers and took off all 16 rockers and inspected them. They all seem to be fine. Now, I only found One needle bearing, even after two oil changes. What do you fellas think needs to be done from here? thanks brian

I am not the original owner, but i have had the car since it had 20,000 miles on it.How do i check the service history? So its not gonna be a lifter bearing? And what kind of rockers should I get?

I know lots of questions, but i appreciate the help.

Lifter could have come apart, lifters have the same style needle bearings in them I believe.

It's not your lifter. They don't have needle bearings. If the pin came out, your motor would be gone.

Maybe the rockers had been replaced and that needle is from one of the old rockers.
