Cam only swap. How far can I go... reagrding cam profile? I want a nice lope and if I need to let the car warm up before driving thats O.K. Stock heads, new springs, no work to the geometry of the castings.

Futral FM13, Thunder's TRex, TSP231/237 or MS3, plus many, many others.
Check out the specs from their websites. The TRex is about as big as you can go with an off the shelf cam for stock heads without flycutting pistons.
There's many options- do your research and call the shops/sponsors.
