Default Y2k's or TT2's

I have 18x9.5 y2ks on my car right now but I am thinking I am gonna pick up some Torque thrust 2's in 17x11 and 17x9. Car is a white 00 WS6, anyone have pics of a white ws6 on tt2's?

vote to keep y2k's...if you want wider in the back go to www.fixrim.com they will widen up to 2" i believe and they do a very good job (according to those who have had it done) i really don't care for the tt2's and i really like the y2k's so i'm always going to favor the y2k's...they imo are the best looking rim made for these cars

Damn, coming in to this thread, I was gonna put tq2's, but after I looked at that pic, I was like DAMN that looks good. You should keep the chrome y2k's because they really help that white paint, and with your drop, they fit perfectly. Tq2's wouldn't look real good on a white TA IMO. Save the money.

I gotta question for you, what drop springs do you have. Looks great.

any problems with just normal driving around town? (Hit/scratch/mess anything up?)
And how is the ride quality and do you have any additional suspension mods?

I would widen the rears you allready have! Man they look good! The TT II's I have look better on a dark car! I swapped them onto my buddys car, butthey didnt look the best....just alot better on mine.

I have to say those Y2k's look amazing with the white ext. Before I saw it I would have said TT2's, because I love mine but just widen those if you want. Don't mess with perfection!!

why did you like the y2k's over the tt2's? That would probably help influence his decision.

When I bought them I thought they would look good, but I had 17's all the way around and everywhere I went people would ask me why I had 17's in the front and 16's in the rear even though they were all 17's. I just really like the look of thin 5 spoke rims much better then a thicker spoke rim. The only thing I liked about the TT2's were the deeper lip that they had. But if I had the choice all over again I would stick with the y2k's. Right now I have 18inch z06's but I still prefer the look of y2k's the best.
