Number 7 Cylinder (blocks cracked all the way through)

You Can See The Rod Through The Cylinder Wall Sticking Out
thats also where the Oil Filter went



Number 8 Cy,inder
The Other Side (didn't get any better


Heres the HEADS
Heads Destroyed, you can see the bent L shaped stem and the Valve guide stretched, cracked etc, anyone want to buy a head

Nice L shaped Valve Stem for ya, have yet to find the Valve Head

Another


You can also see the piston ring stuck in the head still

actaully no she didn't blow on spray, buti was spraying a pretty big shot a week before. it was a good enough shot to put me 600tothwheels

Shouldn't the dealer warranty that kind of serious engine failure? I mean, come on! Doesn't GM stand by their products!!! WARRANTY LAWSUIT!!! LOL

Blown engine = Stroker Motor...

Definatly some of the worst ls1 destruction Ive seen...Sorry that happened to ya, but that just means you have the chance to start over and you can go with any setup granted you got the dinero. Unless you can cut the ls1 in half and make it an I4...could be interesting

Take the block in and recycle it. Mine looked pretty damn close to yours when it blew 2 years back. I saved the oil pan and front and rear covers. Everything else was replaced. Now I have a 422ci.

yeah it blew to pieces there nothin i could save i'll take pic of the starter next , when the rod came through the block it shot threw the starter, nothin it was resusable, not even theheads and i question the cam even too, i wish i could have saved the oil pan, those r expensive too, so i dont know what i'm going to do b/c i dont have any money, but will see i've been carless for awhile, i'm tryin to get something to through in there so i cant start driving again
