finally found a guy in a vette, who wasnt a chode. I kept trying to race him but we never got a open road, He said the thing only had 400 miles on it brand spanking new. HE was by himself and i had two other people in the car. finally caught a light and nothing but open road in front of us. He said let's go light turned green i bogged it a lil then i got going, he was at my bumper some how.. threw it into 2nd and he was right still right at my bumper, when i hit 100 he started to pull on me a lil. i cut it out around 110 and he was like at my door, i dont know how i beat him i was expecting to get my *** handed to me but i guess not... either he dont know how to drive or i dont know, bet he was mad, ha

My experience is that most vettes do not street race. The only race I had with one (C5 auto) the guy was cool. Congrats on the C6.

He probably should have won, but I remember when I first got my car, it took me a good while to figure out how to drive it fast. Good kill...it'll probably be enough to get him to learn how to drive his new car real quick.

I raced one in Bowling green....Hell even got some pics of the car. This guy was super nice!!! It was him, his wfe, and his little dog. We went three to four times on the interstate. His car was a 6 speed. So is mine. It was a pretty even race. I could pull him a little up top, but getting to the top of every gear he actually reeled me for a sec.....Very cool race, and really cool guy....i'll post a pic of me and the guys car.....sorry for the weird pics, it was my gf trying to get a good pic of the car(our first sighting of a c6 on the street!!!)

BTW-this was back in september at the F-body bash in Bowling green

Yeah his was an auto, guy was pretty nuts, we had cars in front of us at one light and he was like let them go ahead a bit and then he floored it, after i beat him he mad a left turn from the middle of like a four lane highway where you werent even suppose to turn, cool guy though
