I was wondering what tires you all have that seem to do well in the rain but also seem to hook well at the track ??? I travel mostly two lane blacktops to and from work and my main concern in a tire is cornering and wet weather traction due to the poorly maintained county roads, but would also like a tire that hooks well when taken to the track occasionally. The Pirelli's that I have seemed to work well in the rain and even hooked the first time at the track new but w/ about 10,000 miles they suck !!! In a few months I'll be looking to purchase new tires but want to start researching now. So lets here it, post your opinions...Zed

I have nittos they hook great at the track (warm them first) and I don't have any problem driving in the rain even on the expressways.

Get the GS-D3's. Handsdown the best all around tire made. Crazy traction both wet and dry.
