My car has sat since last November, which was the last time I ran it. 2 weeks ago I dropped it off at NRC Motorsports. Bob and Jay at NRC are top notch fabricators who can do anything! Anyway, a quick update on the car:
*10pt cage w/ window net
*Aerospace Brakes front and rear (thanks Billingsley)!!
*Custom subframe connectors
*VFN hood
*Suspension Limiters
*Serious weight reduction

Here are a few pictures of the cage under progress. Everything should be all finished up w/ in the next week or so. Then its off to Cartek for a valve spring upgrade and a quick lookover. Then its to the track! I will put it into the 8's within the next few track visits! Thanks for looking.

Cro-moly cage?
How big of a BBC are you gonna stick in it?
Those engines sure are fun. :burn:

Thanks again fellas! NRC Motorsports deserves all the credit!

Yes, its chromoly cage. I will be looking into something in the 540 ci. range, solid roller, moderate compression and BIG spray!

Stay with the LS1!!!! I tinkered around with putting a 632 in my car. After thinking about it, who doesn't have a big block in their drag car? Everybody has one. Do something different.
