Default Cars sticks at 2K idle when moving

As said above. I think it is my throttle body doing it. The guy that had it before me drilled it out for a 112 LSA mine is 114+4, but a pretty high duration 228/232. If I totally epoxy fill the hole, does that sound like it will knock out the problem? Or could it be something else? I am tired of coasting to stoplights with the engine spining like mad. Especially past a cop. Ideas?

If it idles low once stopped but high when rolling,
that is probably some combo of throttle cracker
and idle airflow settings. If it settles down at a
dead stop then there's a chance that just tuning
will fix it.

Either your blade has been drilled to big for your car or it could be the idle set screw could be set to high. (or a combination of both)

If it were an idle set screw wouldnt that keep the idle high even when stopped? I just thought it had to be the drilled blade since movement translates into air passing through it telling sensors to still shoot fuel. I am going to totally epoxy it up and see it that fixes the problem.
