Default HP Tuner customer issue

I was curious as to how long it typically has taken for folks to receive their orders. I would like to state that it has not been but 4-5 days (and I am NOT fussing.) but was curious as I haven't heard from them as of yet. I also noticed that while you can e-mail them I could not find a phone number listed for customer service. Do they typically respond fairly quickly to customer service issues? Their software seems to be quite user freindly and that is why I chose it. I did a search but could not really find allot relating to customer service numbers or response times. Thanks in advance to any and all help. Cheers !!!

Email is definetly the best way to get ahold of them, they generally reply very quickly... even on the weekends...

I think standard practice is orders ship out on Monday, so it may already be on the way. But best bet would be to email them and inquire about it.

As for a phone #... gets kinda hard cause 1 guy's in Australia... other's in California I believe, and Keith's here in Chicagoland ... if he advertised a phone number I know he'd be spending 12+ hours a day answering phone calls instead of writing new code heh

If you already emailed them though you should be getting a reply soon

Thanks for the heads up and I now understand why there is no phone number listed. Do they ship their product from Australia or from here in the U.S.? It hasn't been long enough for me to bother them over shipping yet. I was more curious as to how they conduct business. I think I see the picture a lil more clearly now. Thanks.

They are good guys. They always get back to me in a timely manner. They are very busy (especially working on version 1.5). No problems yet.

Wow, I guess there should be no concerns over customer service. I didn't realize that they posted here. That is pretty reassuring that one of the owners interacts on here with the same folks that buy his product. Wish I could have gotten the folks as FAST to do that early on in my ownership of their stuff. Thanks Keith and I look forward to using your product. A buddy of mine is still screaming about the LS-1 Edit but now I think I have some new ammo to swing him this way. Thanks again. Cheers !!!

Keith, new customers recieve free upgrades for 6 months correct (I also opted for the extra year for a grand total of a year and a half; correct?.)? If so, do we download the latest version by logging into the site? I realize that most of my questions will be answered once I recieve the software but I couldn't help asking about this. Thanks.

Jim C.

P.S. - Does Caspers make the cables for ya'll? I have used their stuff for years on my Turbo Buicks.

See if you can trick them into releasing the upgrade price.

Adding a year does give you a year and a half.. and yes updates are distributed via the customer login page on our website.

For technical questions its easiest to simply ask here or on hptuner's forum. They guys who make the program also are there to help you learn it. Perhaps from time to time ive heard stories about them taking a little while to get ahold of via email, but thats only because theyre so busy. These guys are on the up and up. They ave an outstanding product. They support it and the whole community. Theyre a board sponsor here and on others. Their forum is very helpful, and so are the members who have been using HPTuners for the last 7 months. I have read an overwhelming ammount of posts from extremely satasfied users - and not very many upset users, if any at all. More often than not the only people with anything bad to say about HPTuners are the hardcore LS1 edit guys.... and even then they really have to dig for dirt.

I have a question for the HPTuner people. Can we get a group purchase going? There was one on the Corvette forum for Corvettes only; how about the same for F-bodies?
