Default PCM #P0306 & 0356 Coil Trouble?

I have a 97 Corvette that I'm trying to diagnose. The car is getting PCM #P0306 (Misfire Cylinder 6) & 0356 (Malfunction in the primary or secondary electrical circuits for Ignition Coil "F"). I just changed the coil and it had no affect on the misfire (Should be 3rd from the front on the right side, am I correct?) The car has 93k miles, anybody else know of any common LS1 problems like this or does anyone have any ideas?

Bad plug, plug wire or broken valve spring come to mind off the top of my head for the misfire.
