What is the difference in stock TB in a C5 and in an Fbody?

vettes are fly by wire, fbods are manual

Yes, that part I know, what I mean is, would a 75mm do them (C5) any good? Or could you port and polish the stock one? Maybe dumb questions? I noticed that there is no iac hole in it? Why? Is the throttle "blade" opened more at idle instead of the whole?

the same principles would apply to both; a home ported or ported stock from a sponsor will net the same relative gains as a fast 78mm or bbk 80mm. they get by w/ the iac through tuning if i recall.

yes, the stock T/B is around 75mm.
porting it, filling,and drilling the pcv vent hole will flow better.
and the pcm controls the idle with the butterfly, by slightly opening and closing it, instead of the iac motor.
