odometer iam thinking about changing my 96 guages to 97 style. is the milege on the odometer held elctronically in the computer or just in the guages.

In the pcm and can be changed to anything at a dealer with a TechII and a green key w/softwear! Or in my garage for $50 and some beer! J/K I stoped doing that after some people had problems at the dealer with the reflash showing the wrong vin! Just not worth it to me at any price!
