Default Just realized whats causing low oil pressure

I was talking to a friend of mine that mentioned cam bearings would cause this. My pressure sits on the first mark when hot. Alot lower than i would like it. I have checked the pump 3 times and it's good. The shop that did it could not get the cam in the first time they put new bearings in. so they honed them out a bit. I think this is the culprit. I know the part number was right on the bearings. What's the assembly order for these. Too late now I have 5,000 miles on the motor, but I will tear it back apart when I get back from Iraq.

How did you check the oil pump?

I have just disassembled it and made sure the main gear was oriented in the right direction.
