Default Header Install?

I need to know if it is possible to put MAC's midlength headers on without a lift...In fact in my garage?

I think i know what to do, but if someone could put some info (removing anything), that would be great...Any tips? I'm kinda nervous to do it myself so the more info someone can give will help me out alot...

Thanx

Ramps
Jack Stands
4x4s (optional)

I'm not certain, but I think the macs can go in from the bottom or top. The hardest part of the header installs is getting all the old crap off.

I'll see if I can't dig up some other links for you..

i put hooker super comp mids in, i just got the car way up with jackstands in the front and then jacked the back up and put 12" high ramps just so the car would be way up. hardest part is like Z28venom said. my hardest part was disconnecting the stock exhaust and emissions crap.I found out that if the stock stuff is junk to you, a sawzall and cut off wheel go a long way
