Default Need Help, Header Install aftermath

I finished putting my hooker headers on yesterday, and fired up the car, everything went fine till the car started surging and then shut off. Then i looked under the hood and found out that a sensor had been broken off, i dont know what it is called, but i wantd to know if anyone could help me out on this one and where i could buy it(autozone, oreilys, etc..). Its a sensor thats plugged into the block right next to the #1 plug on the drivers side, as of right now its taped back on but thats not gonna last, any help would be appreciated

ECT (engine coolant temp), they're fragile and the
ECT is all over the fuel and spark behavior of the
PCM. Even a loose connection there will freak out
the computer.
